Cancellation. Return and Exchange Policy
Sales made through our online store are subject to the Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and we fully comply with the provisions of these laws and regulations.
If you wish to return the product(s) you purchased, the required conditions and steps to follow are detailed below:
1 - Returning a Product(s) in an Order:
To initiate the return process, you must submit a request via the contact form on our website (www.3ax.com.tr) or by sending an email to satis@3ax.com.tr with your order number. Phone conversations are not legally binding for return requests.
The return period must not exceed fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. This period starts once the product is delivered, and customers have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days without providing any reason.
The product must be returned unused, with its packaging unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition. If the product has been used, returns will not be accepted.
Additionally, products that are custom-made (as stated in the product description) cannot be returned, as they are specifically manufactured upon order.
Return requests will not be accepted in cases where:

The manufacturer’s or importer’s information on the package has been damaged.

The product's box has been damaged or has adhesive tape applied.

Vacuum-sealed or plastic-wrapped packaging has been opened.
We kindly ask you to check your order upon delivery and, if you receive a damaged product, request a damage report from the courier. We cannot process returns or exchanges for damaged products without a damage report.
The shipping cost for returns, except for defective products or cancellations under the right of withdrawal, must be covered by the buyer.
Once the returned product is received, the order amount will be transferred to your bank within 14 days. If the payment was made via bank transfer, you must provide your IBAN details. Refunds for credit card payments will be issued as a single payment, and for installment payments, refunds will be processed in accordance with the bank’s policies.
2 - Cancelling an Order:
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can cancel it by submitting a request through the contact form on our website (www.3ax.com.tr) or by emailing info@3ax.com.tr with your order number.
For products that have already been shipped, the return conditions in section 1 will apply.
Please note that if your order appears as "not yet shipped" on the website, it does not necessarily mean that the product has not been dispatched. The definitive shipping status can be confirmed by contacting satis@3ax.com.tr.
3 - Exchanging an Ordered Product:
To exchange a product, you must first complete the return process as described in section 1, and then place a new order for the desired product.
4 - Issues with Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges:
If you experience any issues regarding order cancellation, return, or exchange, please contact us immediately via email at satis@3ax.com.tr. Your concern will be forwarded to the relevant department, and appropriate action will be taken as quickly as possible.
